At Firki, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted. As our garments are made to order, we follow a strict quality control process.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns or refunds for issues related to fit, size, color preference, or styling, as these can vary from person to person and may also be altered.
Reporting a Defect:
• Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Clear images/videos showing the defect
Our team will review the request and respond with further instructions.
Return Conditions:
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.
• The item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery, once the return is approved.
